Can someone recommend a free parallax background that would go good with this asset pack.

Massive thanks for putting this out there. Gorgeous artwork and a fantastic set to get some platformer practice in. Used it in my last jam game and had a lot of fun working with it. 5 stars!

I saw your game and loved the graphics. I’m also using this tile set would you mind telling me what background you used.

Appreciate it! If you scroll down on the game page there's a full list  of assets I used. If you mean the clouds it's called "Free Sky Backgrounds", for space I used the "Pixel Space Background Generator".

Dear creator,

Just wanted to say a huge thanks for the awesome assets! I used them in a game I made called "Cotton vs Ants," and they really helped bring everything together. You can check it out here if you're interested: https://armaisdiaz.itch.io/cottonvsants.

Thanks again for sharing your work!

Man, I don't know how to decode pictures

This looks so cool! Thank you so much

Thank you very much!

Hey, I’m creating a free educational game. I’m planning to make it open-source. Can I redistribute this asset (alongside the source code) as CC BY-NC-SA (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/) maybe?

Let me know if you prefer to discuss it via email.

Yes, just put a link to this page in the description or something.

Hi, I recently published my game Mikene's Aspects, which uses you asset, check it out.

https://hugo-laion.itch.io/mikenes-aspects

Brilliant for prototyping, perfect sprite size + good detail, makes quickly-made games feel polished, thanks heaps!

This set has a certain comfortable environment. I would love to work with it.

These sprites looks amazing! Could you please add a character spritesheet to it though?

Gorgeous sprites, so polished and well put together. However, I'm finding it hard to create a 3x3 min auto-tile tilemap from the ground tiles, can't find the right combination for all cases. Has anybody had any luck with auto-tiling this? I can use single tiles with no problem and have a minimal 3x3 auto-tile for simple cases though.

Same question, I don't no if this the case for a 3x3 instead of a 3x3 minimal.

Checking if anyone knows.

so cool, thanks

Hi, I recently published my game Light Keeper 2, which uses you asset, check it out.

https://hugo-laion.itch.io/light-keeper-2

will there be a pack with vegetation?

(+1)

How do you use the props sprite as a tileset? Or even as individual assets?
Great assets, btw.

The props sprites are supposed to be used as normal sprites, not as tileset.

SO COOL THANKS

To the team

I think it's brilliant how the bloom on the textures makes the lighting assets work so well while next to them. Seems like a resource-cheap way to create nice lighting.

This is amazing! The lighting and the smooth texturing, even the fine detail on the leaves... The palette.. the inplaced bloom... Perfect.

can they be used to create  own game?

yes

This is beautiful! We modified them to be dark and spooky and it worked so good for our game! Thanks for making this :D

These are rly amazing, thank you man!

These are beautiful!!

How  can i work with you?

Could add some animations to this pack like boxes/crates breaking, grass moving, and the well being drawn up? I'd be happy to pay for the animations and then you can add them to the pack afterward.
